Reviews of the Ramses Hilton Hotel 5*

Great location in a family friendly environment with very friendly staff.

Great location, very professional staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Had a fun time, staff is friendly. Lots of entertainment.

Very modern hotel, super spacious amenities, nice spaces, has a 24 hour bank, very comfortable room, very varied breakfast, spectacular view of Cairo city and friendly staff.

Really nice hotel clean rooms and dinner was delicious.

Amazing experience from location to service.

However…the hotel looks kind of shabby. I think we were unlucky as the air for two rooms had problems, the staff in the hotel and restaurant are not very attentive, room service is deficient. “Buffet, Wi-Fi and views (location) are great. Ramses Hilton deserves 3 stars.

The garage is in the mall across from the hotel, so you actually have to park your car, carry your luggage and walk to the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is so dirty. The rooms didn’t have the necessary supplies, there is only one mug in a room for 2. There were so many flies in the room. No toothbrushes/toothpaste No slippers Although all supplies are available, they don’t put them in there specifically for the housekeeper to tip. The room is too expensive for the quality and experience. There are no chairs on the balcony! After checking out we went back to the garage with our luggage and you have to pay 125 parking fees you have to pay for your misery.

Useless staff, they didn’t care.

Old, but a nice hotel. The people are very nice.

Had the best experience. Can’t complain seriously. Will be here again next time. Ramses keep it.

Super service Everyone who works at the hotel is very friendly I enjoyed my stay

Everything here is very good. Service. The rooms. And especially the steps they took to protect us from covid 19

The service is very good and the rooms are clean and sterilized. I will repeat this experience.

I would like to recommend Ramses Hilton for sure, this is not my last visit for sure vety nice place, namazing view, staff very friendly and helpful special thanks to Mr. Walid Gaber and Ms. Zizi, you really made this day so special for all of us. Best ♥️

Great services that I recommend to try.

Don’t come to this place. They are crooks, they tried to take insurance money lying that we used some drinks in the pool but we had to make a big deal for it and after a long time of struggle we took it back in the end.

Mexico. Palenque. The mysterious city lost twice

The rooms smelled like smoke, AC leaking on the carpet. The only positive quality is that you have somewhere to sleep, not outside. The staff was slow and disorganized. Took me 15 minutes waiting in line to check in. Hilton difference members look elsewhere. Score points at the JW Marriott. Way to nice hotel.

The hotel has a good location on the banks of the Nile River, but there is construction going on around make the surrounding mess. Be prepared for a long wait when checking in. The rooms are large and nice. The breakfast buffet is class with video counters and lots of other varied cuisine and live music. Hotel has everything you could want like fitness center, spa, salon, casino, pool, Indian restaurants, cab service, banks, ATMs. Stayed at this hotel for 1 month and was never bored. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Chef and Shirin, from the executive lounge in the morning staff, the most extraordinarily efficient, friendly and attentive Hilton staff I have ever met. The breakfasts are delicious and the brisk mornings kicked me off every day. I would definitely choose the Hilton Hotels as my favorite hotel after the amazing experience I had, along with my entire family, in the executive lounge of the Hilton Ramses Hotel.

Poor service at check-in (be patient, I waited almost two hours). The rest of the hotel was very good, including the breakfast (buffet). The club is on the top floor nicely. Neal looks great and if you get a room with a view!

Great clean hotel, it’s renovations at the moment. Most of the staff is more than happy to help you. The food is good, clean and ready for your taste. When the renovations are done, I would rate this hotel 5/5, but until then it is 3.5/5.

Πολυ καθαρο, ανετο μπανιο μεγαλο ανετο κρεβάτι πολυ πλουσιοa πρωινο. Great breakfast with a huge selection of goods, clean, huge and comfortable bed. Take an ear fork with you because Cairo traffic (horn signals) will bother you even if you are on 36 flour… Great views and excellent restaurants in the hotel complex.

It’s a safe place to be. To go to the hotel, you have to do, it’s past security, which includes bomb sniffing dogs and metal detectors. Once you go to the hotel, be prepared for a very long wait to check in. I have never waited that long to check into a hotel. The staff could care less about how long you wait or your level of frustration. They are too busy chatting with others. The rooms are old, run down. You can see water damage and the carpets have started to pull up. There is a nightclub on the top floor. Volume and bass are both cranked up to 11, but the sound is isolated from the floor. Just don’t go here expecting to find more than 1 or 2 women. Breakfast is good, with a good selection. This is one of the older hotels in town and despite the fantastic views, you can find much better places to stay.

Germany travel guide: the city of Füssen.

Absolutely positive. Good service and staff. The buffet restaurant is a good assortment.

The lobby of the hotel and the lobby of the Guest Relations Manager were nice. There is a Currency Exchange on the first floor, which came in handy, as well as a small Gift Shop with reasonable prices. No need to haggle too much as I did with most other stores in Egypt. The front desk staff will help you use the cab service. Don’t use one. Uber was always half the price. The guest manager staff was friendly and fed us well. The food was fresh and always delicious. Room service was a hit or miss. Sometimes I got the washcloths sometimes I didn’t. After two days into my stay, I was given a used free toothpaste/toothbrush set. You read that right. The kit was used. It was packaged nicely, but when I opened the box to remove the toothbrush, the plastic case it was open and already smelled like toothpaste. Also, the Rooms were old and there was a leak in my bathroom. I almost forgot to mention, the rooms in front of the Nile also face the bus depot. It was very noisy. I was moved to a higher floor where the noise wasn’t as bad. The Egyptian Museum is across the street from the hotel, but good luck getting there. Crossing the streets around the hotel was quite difficult. Even in New York, I had a hard time getting through.

It is a good hotel with comfortable rooms, one suggestion: ask for a high floor, the noise of street traffic is very strong. It is very well located, close to the old Egyptian Museum, and I recommend the English public style which is in the hotel, also the dining room or a la carte is very good.

The service is great and the pool is beautiful! The only drawback is that the rooms facing the Nile are _laud_ (that is a lot of cars honking their horns). You kind of Get used to it, but if you’re looking for a quiet hotel stay, I wouldn’t recommend a room overlooking the Nile. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and spacious. The service is kind, professional and delightful. The food is pretty good too! Thanks to so many Hilton Barans!

A guide to Thailand. Discovering Paradise Beaches and Mystical Places

Our experience was not good, one hour to check in at 3am, they give us a room for smokers and separate beds, carpet, towels, sheets… ALL smelling of tobacco, in agenZia we said we would have views as the views were to C Allejohn dark with a wall in front of the balcony, we asked for a room change and they refused. Otherwise always very elegant, polite, glamorous… but they don’t seem to go Spanish, lots of security at the entrance. The food, if you pay, you are expensive, and by the way, no one in the whole hotel speaks Spanish.

Breathtaking views and a stone’s throw from the Egyptian Museum. Pharaohs breakfast.

Great hotel…This upscale hotel is in a high-rise tower overlooking the Nile River, a 10 minute walk from the Egyptian Museum. It is also a 12-minute walk from Tahrir Square. The classically decorated rooms with city views have balconies. They also have a minibar, TV and free Internet access. Superior rooms add views of the Nile and pull-out sofas, and rooms on the club level add access to the lounge. Suites have sitting areas and/or kitchenettes. Room service is available. There are 4 restaurants, including 1 with panoramic city views. There is also a pub and café. Other amenities include a gym, an outdoor pool and a casino.

Wonderful breakfasts from 7 to 11 with freshly squeezed juices, they serve meat and soup and fruit for breakfast. The staff is attentive and courteous. The pool is heated :) The staff on the 21st floor was amazing and great room service. It is a good place to stay if you are here on business. And need to be in town.

Breakfast-inspiring buffet, and common areas are great, but the rooms are miserable, very old and small furnishings. Doesn’t look like living up to what a Hilton should be.

As a tourist the hotel is located in downtown Cairo, which is very seedy. The surrounding area is where most of the attractions are-so full marks for location. But the environment is very polluted and the traffic makes coming and going a nuisance. The hotel itself is very old and definitely needs a facelift. The lobby, restaurants and rooms are dated, not according to Hilton standards elsewhere. Having said that the hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable and functional with no flaws. The food was very good also in the restaurants and the breakfast was to die for. If there is anything I will go back to Egypt because it’s-Breakfast at the Hilton Barracks. Also the view from the bar on the top floor is great.

The rooms are fine. Outdated, but clean and tidy. Some of the furniture is a little tired and could do with being replaced. Best Thought here is the rooftop bar. It’s beautiful!!! Gives an amazing view of the city and a good place to watch the sunset. Also tried Sherlock’s bar, which is lovely.

It’s a-very nice hotel with a good view and location. Some rooms do not have a hair dryer.

If you are 30 years old or older, you will understand this place as one of the first of its kind in Egypt. The 80’s generation knows the Barans Hilton as a high-end shopping center where we are used to Hangout. The movie theater complex on the top floor was and still is one of the best places to watch movies in high picture quality and Dolby Sound. It’s a nice cool nice place to be.
