After reading the reviews (mostly negative) we were apprehensive about going to this hotel. In the end, 10 days was not enough for us. Beautiful view of the pools and the sea. Rooms are not large, but quite comfortable with an individual bathroom in each.
There were about 10 restaurants and cafes in the hotel. Impressions are extremely contradictory. It all depends on your luck and the room you got. In the room without repair, we were constantly “attacked” by ants.
Our room was amazingly well appointed and our room was luxuriously appointed. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the pillows the same. The zoo was lovely with lots of people commenting.
We had a lot of trouble getting the room to a comfortable temperature, or else it would be cold or not blowing. I have a balcony door in the bedroom, and if you open it the air conditioning is off in both rooms.
The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing or business meetings. Everything in the restaran Filini was just top notch. Breakfast in Sunset Restaurant was very good, lots of food on offer. Breakfast at Sunset Restaurant was very good, lots of food choices, and the staff was very nice and smiling.
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times a year since 2020 and I was never displeased. The service is probably the best in Sochi, the food in the hotel restaurants and at breakfast is simply fantastic.

Great hotel! Large grounds, 2 pools, spa with 5 types of steam rooms. I loved the hammam the most! Breakfast varied from cereals to scrambled eggs with vegetables and ham.
The room was huge and everything was comfortable. It had two chairs and a table on the balcony. The balcony has two chairs and a table and is ideal for sipping a hot chocolate while looking out over the mountains and sea. The hotel has a spa and heated indoor and outdoor pools available for residents.
Swimming pools, baths – a real pleasure! Breakfasts were great – plenty of food! I would especially like to mention the work of the staff: polite, positive and attentive! Thank you for professional service!
I would say the hotel is very good, the staff were very polite, we had a bad smell in the room but they changed it in 15 minutes, the food was very good, I would give them 4 stars, for a hotel like this to have a beach and pay for it to be very far away would not be respectable.

This is my second time visiting the hotel and my first impression was right! We were in December but it did not stop us from having a great vacation. There was everything – medical center, fitness, spa, saunas, hamam, excursions to mountains, bicycle walks.

The restaurant menu needs to be redesigned, there are restaurants in Sochi where they cook much better, however the breakfast in the room was just luxurious and was very tasty, when we left the hotel they gave us a gingerbread man on the way out)

We stayed at the hotel since it opened in 15 years. The sea, juniper bushes…In winter we have a swimming pool with sea water, excellent spa center, restaurants and animation with a program for children and adults.
The place is amazing! Holidays were full of life! Very beautiful area, view of the sea, excellent spa, high level of staff. The rooms were very spacious with high ceilings and clean and everything he needed.
There were two children’s playgrounds on the grounds. The hotel has three pools : 2 outside and 1 inside the building. All pools have massaging stuff with jets and the pool outside has a water slide.
What a great hotel! We took a room with a sea view in the main building on the 4th floor – very nice, panoramic view. It was wonderful area, you can walk around with a fountain and pink bushes and soft swings.
The rooms were just great – for 200 people I booked various types of rooms (twin, double, single use, executive, city and sea view) and everybody was just happy with all amenities and services offered during their stay (and these physicians do travel a lot to attend scientific conferences and they are used to high Western standards)

As a large group leader of a retreat, I spent 7 nights at the Mercure Hotel in early February 2022, and a group of 200 doctors, oncologists from Armenia, stayed 4 nights.
The lobby is spacious and offers good seating area for groups like ours to spend the evening around a drink or team-building games and networking
The elevators (4ea) were very fast and well maintained offering a great flexibility for such a large group of people to use them intensively
A great hotel! I would say the level of service for a Russian resort is excellent. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. We took our children and adults with us every day! From the sea 10 minutes walk! We cannot wait to see the buffet, our cooks are wonderful! Very glad we chose this place!
